I was born in Manhattan but moved early in life to the Chicago suburbs. I graduated from Illinois State University in 1988 (BS) and Chicago State University in 1994 (MA). For nine years I worked as a public school educator and athletic coach (football and wrestling). I came to know the Lord by reading my Bible. In 1997 I began full-time ministry at Grace Church of DuPage in Illinois. I graduated from Wheaton College in 2001 (MA), the same year I moved to the New Jersey Shore to become the lead pastor of Grace Bible Church. I love spending time with my wife and four children and enjoy exercising, reading, visiting National Parks and rooting for Chicago sports teams . I also maintain a committed hobby of managing my “Grace Quotes” database, the largest organized collection of Christian quotations on the Internet, check it out (www.gracequotes.org). I serve as the lead teaching pastor/elder overseeing the staff and worship services.
